What does gym mean to me?
The gym has been my long-time hobby, and I have always aimed to optimize my performance there. I have studied various methods to build muscle in the most effective way possible so that I can make the most of my time in the gym while still having time for other aspects of my life.

How often do I go to the gym?
I personally go to the gym about five times a week, training for one to one and a half hours each session. We all have different objectives when it comes to training, and I can provide you with suitable programs and knowledge (for free, of course), whether you go to the gym twice a week, six times a week, or something in between.

How long is my gym “career”
I have been going to the gym for about five years now, and for the past four years, I have trained seriously—tracking my progress and studying the most effective ways to build muscle.

What is my training split?
As I mentioned, I go to the gym about five times a week. My workout split consists of chest and back, shoulders and arms, and a leg day that also includes abs and smaller muscle groups.

What about my other hobbies?
The gym is my most time-consuming and serious hobby, but I also fly airplanes, go ice swimming in the winter, and do orienteering in the summer.

Do I use any performance enhancers?
I take protein powder and creatine, but that’s about it. In my opinion, fitness should improve your health, not compromise it. I don’t take or recommend any drugs for muscle building!
